Pai World Rhythms

We run a festival shuttle between Chiang Mai and Pai on the day before the festival and on the morning of Friday Jan 29. Return shuttle leaves Pai on Monday Feb 1.

Shuttle is ฿500 each way, booking via our Instagram DMs. Departure point is confirmed by message ~48h before. Allow 4 hours each way — the road has 762 curves, bring motion-sickness pills if you’re sensitive.

Pai is a small mountain town in northern Thailand, about 3 hours from Chiang Mai by minivan.

• Minivan: leaves Chiang Mai Arcade Bus Terminal every hour, ~฿200, ~3h.
• Scooter: the classic way to ride into Pai. Take it slow, wear a helmet.
• Private taxi: ~฿2000–3000. Comfortable but expensive.

Stay close to the rhythm with our very limited on-site camping options.

• Camp on-site — ฿200 per person per night (available to pre-book at checkout).

• Warm layers — nights get cold in the mountains (~12–15°C)
• Comfortable shoes you can dance in
• Reusable water bottle (refill stations on site)
• A torch / headlamp for moving around at night
• Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat
• Earplugs (for sleep, not the music!)
• Cash — many things on site are cash only
• Your festival wristband + ID

Late January in Pai: warm sunny days (25–28°C), crisp cool nights (12–15°C). Mostly dry. Bring layers. Mornings can be misty and beautiful.

Dreamscape hosts an incredible vegan restaurant offering delicious, nourishing meals, as well as festival grounds filled with curated items and food vendors.

• Respect facilitators, performers, volunteers, and other guests
• Ask before photographing people
• Honour consent in all interactions
• Sober during workshops — alcohol & substances stay outside
• Leave the space cleaner than you found it
• If something feels off, talk to a team member (look for staff wristbands)

A first-aid volunteer is on site throughout the festival. For anything serious, the nearest hospital is Pai Hospital, 10 minutes by scooter.

Drink water. Take breaks. Pace yourself — three days is a marathon, not a sprint.
